Good average hotel for downtown Toronto. Rooms and lounge areas were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, selection of baked goods, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. My only complaint was that the elevators were constantly occupied by service people. I understand they were cleaning and flipping rooms, but this was happening before check out, so it was a pain to get to breakfast, then again to check out. Could really benefit from a service elevator, or at least a better schedule for using the elevator. Bring up the clean linens to each floor at night, instead of occupying the tiny elevator during breakfast and checkout.

Lovely hotel in downtown Toronto! Walking distance to lots of great dining places and super close to Toronto general and Toronto western hospitals if you need a place to stay while attending appointments. Place was very clean and beds are comfy. Parking was super convenient and safe with the underground lot. Staff were very friendly during both my visits.

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown

This was an awesome hotel! We were in town for a show at Meridian Hall (right down the street) and the hotel was in a perfect location. Underground parking was a nice touch. Very clean and new hotel. Continental breakfast was also great!
