Hotel was clean, staff friendly, food at restaurant was decent, portions a little small but I didn’t leave too hungry. Breakfast buffet was good for $20 My favorite feature was location, parked my vehicle and all downtown attractions were a $20-$25 Uber ride to downtown. Didn’t have to fight traffic or hunt for parking! Will stay again on next trip and will recommend to friends!

Room definitely needed a remodel. Pillows were lumpy and bed was uncomfortable. Only one of the locks in the door worked. It is a great location for where we needed to be, but we probably would not stay there again.

The toilet piping was leaking, I slipped and fell when I got to the toilet the first night after I checked in. Also the tv remote was not responding. I could really complain because I was working all day. But the condition on my room was bad.

The hotel may be a bit dated, but the deluxe room was very nice—especially the balcony with its beautiful forest view, which was a wonderful bonus. What truly stood out was the service. I was able to check in early, and everything about the day went smoothly. I’d especially like to thank the nighttime manager, who went above and beyond to help me when I needed a charger. I, unfortunately, didn’t catch his name, but his kindness made a lasting impression. Truly excellent service.
