I stay here quite when in Toronto. Its about 12 minutes walk to the bus. An uber ride downtown is about $21. Will stay again.

Not a nice stay at all

I was not impressed with the hotel at all the pool was nice but the rooms were out dated and the cleaning lady was rude. I asked for extra towels because I was going for surgery the next morning and I was given attitude from the young coloured lady with long hair. I felt like I was asking too much. I did not feel welcomed when I first arrived. However the young lady at the counter was very friendly. I was about to go through a big surgery the next morning and just travelled two hours to get there. It would have been nice to feel at ease and welcomed from everyone. However my stay was not. I will not recommend this hotel to any one. Sorry…

I stayed in this hotel and was charged 500 deposit. However, after checking out, the hotel did not return my deposit. When I called to request the refund, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.
