Horrible service

I was assigned a room at basement without hot water. I asked for a room with hot water and I was told I could not change rooms as I bought my room at hotels.com. This never happened before, but from now on I will have to book the hotel from their own website so I don’t have to stay at the basement.

Check in was easy. That's about all that was good about this hotel, and the closeness to the airport. Where do I even begin, the walls had scratches and scuffs all over them, the bathroom in our room was a sliding door and had no sound proofing or lock. The pool was freezing cold and there was no hot tub. Staff communication led to major miscommunications. No free parking at all even for the front of the hotel. Won't be staying here again

Nice hotel

We stayed hear for a kids sporting event that was happening in the hotel, it made it very convenient. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The best was very comfortable. I’m Happy with our stay!
