Check in was a bit upsetting. Room was supposed to be ready for 3. Wasn’t ready. It was busy with a dance competition. Went up multiple times and room still wasn’t ready. Was told housekeeping was there and time would be 25mins. Didnt get our room until almost 5. They did comp us with a 6pm check out on Sunday night which helped a lot.

It would’ve been nice to be advised ahead of time that the pool was closed. Also it would be nice if there was more parking. This is the second time we’ve stayed here but there’s never any parking close so we need to carry our bags from so far away.

Nice clean hotel for a dance comp weekend. Very courteous front staff and breakfast wait staff. The hotel itself I found quite dated same with area around hotel. Quiet rooms comfortable bed. Convenient location.

Disappointed stayed here in January able to leave vehicle while away. Was told at check in today they changed the policy three months ago cant park and fly at the facility. This is one of the reasons we enjoyed staying here. The in-room dining also not available as an option. Which was our other reason to stay. AMC channel TV I have found at most Hilton hotels never play what is shown to air. Will stay elsewhere next time. The availabile option in January 2025 were more convenient. Disappointed this tine around.
