Was a great expérience, frige was missing when I got there. Had to wait a bit, I wanted to nap so I was glad when it came, not sure why it was not there in the 1st place. Overall very satisfied

The inside of the property was well maintained the outside not so much. My reason for the poor score was due to scheduled power outage from midnight to 5 am which we learned about apon check in. No air conditioning unable to even charge our phones. Didn't feel safe 1 elevator working . Had to eat in the dark with a flashlight . For 500.00 a night it's a huge disappointment. Not to mention the Front desk staff couldn't find my Hilton rewards account even when I had my card so no points for our stay
