On the phone I was told that we could check in at 2 as we were attending a wedding at 3. We were kept waiting by very unfriendly and arrogant staff (all Indian). When we tried to check in after 2 we were told the room wasn’t ready and there was a major conflab of people, the men were extremely officious and unhelpful. I am Indian and I was horrified at how unprofessionally the whole hotel appears to be run. We were asked to wait in the lobby until our room was ready - a long time! A very unpleasant stay overall.

There was no working bathroom fan so the bathroom smelled a bit musty. When we opened the door in the morning the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarette smoke even though it should be a non smoking space.

The rooms were decent. My let down was the fact that there’s NO blackout or even solid curtains covering all windows. Just sheer in the middle and solid curtains only to the side. Horrible if you need a dark room to sleep in and horrible if you want to sleep in without the sun waking you in the mornings. I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.
