A hassle to get early check in . I gave up. Woudl have paid more too. Came back at 3 PM to get key card and asked to redo check in. Got a key card and room cold and waited 30 min for repair . Then they called me 2x while i really needed to work and sleep. Not pleasant for guest experience yet have lots of friendly people hanging around...

usually in metropolitan cities the rooms no bigger than a closet. Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto had spacious room convenient parking and a buffet (not like others who give you cold eggs and random bagel) It was a perfect spot for a quick getaway.

The room was pretty good. Not extremely spacious but well designed if you don’t spend a .ot of time there. Bathroom was great though, although only a shower, which was very nice. The odd thing about the floor was that it was some kind of tile or laminate that looked like wood. I suppose its designed that way to make it more hygienic and easier to clean. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. All in all, a great visit to Toronto.

Hotel was well kept and clean, service was good and breakfast was one of the best ive seen at a hotel. Only issues were that the shower drain was clogged, however once notified they attended to the matter promptly, and the A/C didnt go below 22.5 through the night.

This hotel was the best I’ve stayed at in Toronto by far. The room was spotless, modern and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were modern and extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely and beyond most other buffet breakfasts we have had. Every staff member was friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was very easy as the hotel is on a less busy side street and there are at least two parking garages directly across from the front entrance. Parking was very reasonable at $27.00 from 12:30 pm on a Saturday until 6:00 pm on Sunday. Overall an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
