There is a washer dryer on the second floor. The basement with private bath, wetbar, walkout area and separate washer dryer.
Luxury upgraded appliances include a 36" gas Thor range, vesta hood vent and LG fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer. One car garage and one parking in driveway available. Sleeps 10 with blackout blinds throughout. The balcony in the kitchen provides a beautifyl breeze overlooking the ravine. Minimum 4 day stay.
