A great Welcome has arrived. Easy to find. Some great dining options nearby as well as a great restaurant and friendly bar inside the hotel. Really nice room struggled a bit to understand the television and the local channels, but I wasn’t there to watch television would definitely recommend

Worth the consideration

Great stay. Hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Price was really good compared to other hotels that offered the same. The cleaning lady on our floor was really nice. Wish we got her name to compliment management about her. Very close to union station. Wish we knew more about their rail system since it goes everywhere. Only complaints were the parking structure is very tight and low clearance but there's nothing they can do about that. Other complain, which is big, was the hot tub was down for renovations. It was a big reason why we chose the hotel. It would have been nice if there was a mention about it before we booked. Especially since we booked it after we crossed the border. So 2 hours ahead of time. But would stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating. I had an unexpected layover in Toronto due to a flight cancellation and my stay was extended with no problem. Also breakfast was included in my package and it was quite good.

Thatiana our hosted at breakfast was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was so kind and friendly and professional. She truly made our stay and made us feel welcome. Will come back again! Breakfast was also great! As a vegan the avocado smoothie was amazing. They also had scrambled tofu that was decent and a tofu bowl. Parking was a challenge. We had an suv so it was too tall for the parking garage so we had to park down the street. The pool and sauna and hot tub were very nice. Would stay again!
