There is no facility of water in hotel that is not good we have to go subway or outside to buy water even which was expensive also so please do something regarding that unless everything was pretty good

This whole establishment is trash. Book and stay somewhere else. Even tho this is just over night stay, spend it else where. The pillows are meant for a couch not a bed. What a joke. The front desk is cold and unwelcoming. Room is loud and bathroom smells like ass!

Was a last minute booking and came very clutch, not too far from the airport shuttle service available plenty of food amenities availble and open late close too all airport parking nearly staff are quick too get your room rooms provide coffee, microwave, bathroom also has a bath, very well supplied room with big tv

The heating unit is inches from the bed, walls are paper thin and this place is definitely on the flight path so if you’re a light sleeper skip it. Good value for those connecting thru Toronto with 8 hours or less turnovers. Some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

You can see the effort they have put into renovating the interior of the building and the rooms. The outside of the building looks like a strip mall and can be off-putting but the rooms are clean and functional. We stayed for an over night layover and it was perfectly adequate.

The hotel is very small but offers everything you need for a one night stay, park & fly. The rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable and washrooms. The parking lot is extremely small and very difficult to maneuver a mid size & larger vehicle. Worth the money spent.

This property seemed like a renovated apartment, and not renovated well, no coffee , also was very cold. Mind you it was cheap and I got what I paid for. It was just somewhere to lay my head for the night. The bed was comfortable and clean so that’s the main part.

Great for overnight stay before flight. Shuttle to airport included and quick. Room is very very small but we really just needed the bed and bathroom anyway. Shower was hot with nice water pressure and bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for, I guess.

I was seeking an affordable overnight basic hotel close to the airport to flop after a late flight. Nu hotel seemed like a great option, very close to the airport at about half the price of the next cheapest opition. As it turns out proximity is about all this hotel has to offer. The hotel is a thinly-veiled renovation of a office space. You have to be buzzed in. The lobby had stacks of old computer computers being scavenged for parts (possibly a side business of the ownership). The entire hotel, lobby, halls rooms, is illuminated with blinding fluorescent bulbs and the floors covered with white ceramic tile so that one almost has to squint from the glare. The rooms are heated and cooled from a wall unit that blows heat like an air frier. You could crisp tater tots in the room overnight. Because of the. The bed was springy and old, but bearable if you are exhausted. I slept well enough through the distant sound of roaring jets, but was awoken before 6 in the morning by the banging and clanging of the cleaning crew in the hallway which is a tile echo chamber. I tried to take a shower but the water was tepid at best, and had to opt for a quick scrub of the pits with a wash cloth instead. Big disappointment after a brutal overnight flight. They offer no coffee in the morning, but will point you in the direction of the Subway next door. It wasn't filthy. I'll give it that. My advice is stay here only if you are on an extremely limited budget, otherwise stay away.
