Enjoyed how close we were to Union Station and the Subway as we were attending the National Bank Tennis. Loved that we could leave our luggage in a secure place the next day and spend time in TO. The Ritual cafe and the Bistro in the hotel, very nice! Great atmosphere, good food and pleasant helpful staff. A Keurig coffee maker with several pods would have made it perfect rather than the type that was there. Overall, a very pleasant experience as always! We will be back!

Deserves the high mark from previous reviews. Great location in heart of city, walking distance to lots of diverse areas, and right beside King subway station. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. Some traffic and siren noise occasionally at night, but not excessive, inevitable if staying in city.

Beautiful views of the water and CN Tower from our room. Our room was very spacious with a nice sitting area. Loved the washer/dryer and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and it was very quiet on our floor despite the hotel being extremely busy. Walking distance to Roger’s Center , St Lawrence Market, shopping and restaurants. Also connected to the PATH. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is in need of refurbishment. The carpet is worn and some recessed lights missing their covers. The elevators take forever. There aren’t great dining options in the hotel. Nowhere to buy water except the vending machines on the 12th floor for 4$ a bottle. I reserved a room that said it slept 3. One king bed with a pull out sofa. The sofa was not a pull out. They did not offer to move me but brought a cot. I asked for 3 more pillows. They only give out 2 per room. I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper as there was none in the dispenser. There is a nice bathtub but no way to use it with body wash or shampoo because the dispensers are locked to the wall in the shower. The valet was full so we had to park elsewhere which is fine but just rubbed us the wrong way. Overall not the level I would have expected. The bed was comfortable and we were in a tower one suite - the layout is great with the 2 televisions and sitting / kitchen area. Would have been nice to have more separation between the two spaces but it was great. The view of the city is fantastic. Location can’t be beat.

You could not ask for a better location for this room. Surrounded by restaurants and anything you need, all within walking distance. The building itself it’s an old beautiful bank with a vault you can see downstairs. The staff are all friendly,
