Ok for a layover. A little smelly and worn out. Airport shuttle service very confusing - not clear when they pick you up from airport : mine just drove past me without stopping. Receptionists keep eating full on meals at their desk, which looks very unprofessional

This Quality Inn location was better than the one across from Pearson airport in my opinion. Rooms are nicer. Shuttle was decent except it takes awhile to pick up from airport. Free breakfast was good. Area has a few food options but need to walk across some car dealerships.

My biggest complaint was the service at the desk was pretty abrupt and rude. It was after 11pm with 2 kids and I didn't know how to catch the shuttle. I was told "Go to 13" as though I knew what that meant. When I asked, I was told to find someone in the airport. We did make it to the place by 11:30 (landed at 10:30). The place is very run down and really really needs a coat of paint and some dehumidifiers. Rusty bathroom faucet, toilet that wobbles, and air conditioning that wouldn't turn on. I also hadn't checked out yet when the cleaning staff were about to just walk in (at 9:45 - check out is 11). Overall. Not a good experience even for a 2 star, by the basics, hotel.

We stayed just for a couple of hours because we had an overnight connection. The shuttle is perfect and really helpful. The room was ok. Clean but old. The smell was a bit bad (like too much moisture) and the shower head was sprinkling everywhere. I still would stay there for a night for the convenience and the cheap price if needed.
