Dear Expedia, The property was nice . However due incomplete information between hotel and Expedia and not mentioning exact cards for deposit hold at check in while booking at Expedia led to troubles at check in . The Expedia mention that hotel May charge hold deposit . But do not mention the exact amount the hotel keep for deposit at check in. And different amount with different cards like debit and credit.

The food in the restaurant was unreal. Very professional and friendly staff. The shuttle was easy to use and navigate. Highly recommend. We stayed here because we had an early flight and they are above the standard. Don’t just let people needing a place to stay be the norm. They made it such a great start to our vacation. Thank you to everyone met over the stay. Also I don’t know what they do to the beds/bedding but it felt like a cloud. So soft and comfy.

Great spot - direct shuttle from Pearson that runs regularly and makes it easy to get back to take the UP into Union downtown. Efficient check in, pleasant staff and the room was very clean and quiet. Coffee, tea and bottled water in room were a nice touch, along with the mini fridge and full sized amenities in the bathroom (makes travel so much easier when you don't need to lug your own toiletries). Would definitely stay here again.
