The cleanliness of the room was not the best. There were stains on the curtain and pillow cases. We have requested a kettle for my elderly dad to make tea from the front desk at the beginning of our 5-night stay, but unfortunately we’ve never received it.

My visit to Toronto

The customer service and breakfast were outstanding. However, there are several significant issues that need addressing. The loose carpet flooring in the room is a tripping hazard, particularly for my son, which is a serious safety concern. Additionally, the chaise sofa was dirty and had multiple spots, which is unacceptable. Lastly, the cabinet door is difficult to open, and the lack of a handle makes it inconvenient to access the fridge. These matters require immediate attention.
