The staff were super helpful. The rooms were decent and the food was average. For how long we stayed was sufficiant enough. Had a problem with our heating and they moved us to a better room while they fixed the problem and then let us stay in the new room.

Hotel was in a good location. Facilities were very clean, as well as the room. Breakfast was also quite decent and very well-looked after by the breakfast attendant. Only reason I rated good and not excellent was because the rooms lacked sound-proofing. We could hear the person in the room beside us coughing from 2am to 5am. Perhaps if it is known that the rooms lack soundproofing, staff can space guests accordingly as long as there is room.
