The property is currently under construction; however, this information was not provided at the time of booking. The pool was clean and well maintained, although access requires exiting the building, which was not disclosed during the booking process - I would have packed robes for myself and the kids. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We occupied a suite designed to accommodate six; however, the room was only equipped with two forks, and they were unable to provide proper utensils, instead offering plastic alternatives. The suite had undergone recent renovations and featured various upgraded amenities; however, the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had an unpleasant odor, likely due to being stored in large refillable bottles that are infrequently used. Additionally, lotion was not available. While these issues are 'minor', who wants to travel with all that bathroom stuff?

Avoid this hotel. They are under massive renovations which is not advertised on the website. There’s paint fumes and construction ongoing for the entire main floor and this also includes the breakfast area as well as reception which means the side door is the only entrance and has to be propped open so new guests can access the hotel to check in which equals zero security. Also the workers use the side door outside area as their smoking location which means you are walking into a cloud of nicotine just to get in. Parking is not free apparently like it was a few months ago. The property is being updated but I’d recommend waiting until they’re completely finished. In my opinion, the hotel should be closed down during this construction phase as it definitely impedes the enjoyment of your stay. The front desk was also not conciliatory at all when I mentioned that I was allergic to paint fumes and that I wasn’t notified about the construction in advance. They offered free parking which was free before so I have no idea what they supposedly now charge for an outdoor space in the middle of a residential area. Ridiculous.
