The stay was awesome! Super welcoming staff and the lobby was decorated very modern and stylish. We were hoping to drop our luggage off but we were able to check in almost 2 hours before the allotted time which made my week! We were having difficulties navigating the city and Junas was so kind and helpful with providing directions which really made our visit more enjoyable. He also helped us check out and was very attentive and provided us with everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff.

Union hotel was a great stay! The staff are super helpful and accommodating and the hotel has been updated to feature some nice spaces. We even ate at the Humble Donkey and the burger and food overall was fresh and delicious. Plus it is in a great location close to amenities and major sites and transportation but also tucked away and quiet for a restful stay.

It is very central to most things downtown. Union station is 1 block away and therefore very convenient for train to airport or for the subway. Nice coffe shop on main level. Very comfortable beds.

No car needed! We flew in to Pearson hopped on the up train to union station and walked across the street to out hotel! A lot of attractions near by: Roger’s stadium, Center island, the harbour, shopping etc! Beds are very comfy, large tv, very nice lobby. We will definitely stay at the u ion hotel again when in Toronto.
