The rooms were unclean and very, very small. You had to take off your shoes at the entrance (and I then had to carry my bags 2 floors up a very narrow stairwell). Considering that I was in Toronto for business and had to wear a suit, etc, it was very inconvenient to have to take off and put on your shoes at the main entrance. The staff was polite, but could not speak English very well - This lead to difficult in communication.
