Property was clean and well located. Breakfast supplies were reasonable but not amazing. They didn’t have salt for breakfast- and didn’t seem concerned about lack of salt shakers (they had two pepper shakers - but a trip to dollar store to buy salt seemed in order). Saw another guest complaining that their bathroom lacked a shower curtain. Front desk couldn’t point to hotel location on tourist map for me so that I could get my bearings - thank goodness for phone map!

Original checked in to a room that had not been cleaned. Had to wait 30 minutes while housekeeping cleaned it at 5pm. Breakfast is not on-site but at a hotel a cross a 4 lane road. Not worth the money.

For the price we paid it was pretty nice. It was cozy and quiet and very inexpensive! The room was mostly clean except for an Oreo on the floor in the corner of the room (it did blend into the floor though) lol The bathroom was a bit small in my opinion. Other than that though I really enjoyed my stay and for the price they weren't cheap with their free breakfast I've seen much worse breakfast at places 3-4x as expensive. I'll definitely be returning if I come back to Traverse!

Upon arrival had to wait for room to be ready. There was a discrepancy from hotels.com checkin of 3:00 and posted check in on site of 4:00. They were accommodating when upstairs was requested. Our room was simple, but didn't have enough towels for 4 guests and empty drink bottle from previous guest was found. Had a faint smoke smell, perhaps from proximity to smoking area downstairs. The room also could have used an area to hang clothes. Our stay was quiet. The price was right.
