Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features a spacious great room that opens to breathtaking views of West Grand Traverse Bay. A large stone patio extends from the front of the house, just steps from the shoreline, making it the perfect place to unwind, entertain, or take in some of the most stunning sunsets you'll find anywhere.

The property offers generous space to host large families, while still allowing for privacy and quiet moments.

Beyond the beach, the area offers endless activities: explore eleven local wineries just minutes away, enjoy acclaimed restaurants like The Boathouse, Old Mission Tavern, and The Jolly Pumpkin, or hit the trails at Old Mission Lighthouse and Pelizzari Natural Area.
