Seemed short staffed

Hotel was just ok. Nice view on the beach side. Property was clean, but also lots of vacancies this time of year (end of March). Seemed short-staffed. 4 night stay and room was never cleaned or re-supplied. Continental breakfast was set selections that had to be picked the night before. Delivered to the room in a box in the morning at a selected time. No substitutions. Ended up with lots of extra garbage in the room after eating on the edge of our beds. Not really a very enjoyable breakfast. Elevator was a really long walk from the lobby. Great location, maybe a better place to stay during a busier season? Bath fan was out, mainyenance got right on it to get it fixed. Front desk was always polite.

The only thing that I did not like was the breakfast I feel like they should’ve had more varieties. I didn’t like the fact that it was delivered to our door. It was like a frozen breakfast, but other than that, the property was beautiful. The people were very sweet and our room was beautiful

Great winter family get a way

We had a wonderful family vacation stay. Hotel is very clean, and beds were comfortable. We loved the views from the double balcony in the 2 king room family suit. Great location just outside the busy downtown TC. Pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of towels provided. Kids loved winning prizes in the game room too. Breakfast was delivered promptly to your room at your choice of time. Great recommendation for families. Would stay again! Thanks

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, and amazing view to wake up to. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was interesting....rather than making and wasting lots of food for a winter crowd, they asked us to order from a menu, and breakfast was delivered to our room at the specified time. Most included fruit, water and juice. Our entree was a blueberry muffin. Not bad. Our only complaint was that the hot tub could have been hotter. We would stay there again!
