Summary:

This is where it's at! Trendy downtown condo close to everything in TC! Walk downtown to restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! Visit wineries, breweries, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes! Parking is located directly behind the complex with room for additional parking in the parking garage just next door, fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, full bath, 1 bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. This is an upper unit on the 3rd floor! (no elevator available)



The Space:

Third floor condo with one bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom (stand up shower), fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and smart TV. (no elevator available)

The condo includes: coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, linens, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, make-up wipes and more!!



Guest Access:

We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the third floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you :)



The Neighborhood:

This is among other condos in the area that mostly have guests on vacation. Our condo is located in walking distance of everything downtown TC has to offer. It is brand new and provide that "city" feel!



Getting Around:

This condo is in walking distance to Front Street and many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just a few blocks from the bay. You may use Uber, Lyft to explore more of Traverse City or Northern Michigan during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

-There is a first come first serve parking lot behind the building and a parking garage right next door (additional charge).

-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

You are also welcome to text us directly — please include the condo you are staying in and the name on your reservation so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our team is fully staffed Monday through Friday, and we also have an after-hours emergency team available for urgent situations.

Easy Traverse City Getaway

We had a comfortable week here! Check in was easy and check out was pretty basic. Bring your smartphone because all the in-condo info is online. (Most travelers have smartphones these days, but I’m increasingly aware of the challenges faced by those few who don’t!) We'd echo all the good things other reviews have mentioned. We’d absolutely book this again.

Went for a girls weekend, the condo was really cute, the location was perfect and everything was comfy and cozy. My only suggestion would be to change the parking description in the listing (it said “parking is located directly behind the complex with room for additional parking in the parking garage next door if needed”). We specifically looked for a place that included parking yet when we received the check in instructions it listed parking on a first come first serve basis otherwise you have to pay to park in the parking garage. It was no big deal for us, we got a spot but didn’t move the vehicle during our stay for fear of losing our place. It just seemed a little misleading and would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that it was a perfect place for our weekend, I’d definitely stay here again.
