The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. But it was a very small room, with an unpleasant smell comming out the bathroom. Location perfect, right in the center. Handy for getting around. Parking close by.

Quirky hotel in an ideal location for local bars and restaurants. Very easy walk from the cruise port and then again next day to the train station. Breakfast was just perfect and stunningly presented on an old fashioned T stand . Produce was extremely fresh and excellent quality. Young lady who should us to our room on arrival and then served breakfast in the morning was very polite and informative. The Forvm Hotel was a great find .

Staff were great - especially in trying to help me with a tricky problem. Everyone was professional and friendly. The location is excellent, rooms very clean and quiet, lovely vibe. Easy walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining. The only thing I had trouble with was the bed - way too hard for me.

Good for a short stay

Tommaso the receptionist was very kind and professional. The building is nicely decorated but made difficult outside the arrival. Unfortunately the beds felt too hard and room too hot not being able to control the temperature also very small bathroom and opaque lighting. It’s good for a short stay. Well located and nice staff.

Room size was ridiculously small. There is no storage for anything. Which meant I had to open my suitcase to access anything. But when my suitcase was open I couldn't get into the bathroom as there was no room to open the door! Also, overnight the access door to the stairs and elevator is locked and must be opened with a key. This represents an extremely dangerous scenario if there is a hotel fire.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and transport. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel, and would revisit in the future.

The staff were excellent and provided help with dining, sightseeing, transportation. There were many lovely extras to our stay…prosecco, bottled drinks, cappuccino. The hotel is very well decorated as well.
