A beautiful, idyllic and restful home from home

This was a very clean and homely property, a real home from home. Beautiful surroundings and a great place to relax watch the sunset and sip a glass of wine. The shared pool felt like it was our own private pool, the peace and tranquility would be hard to beat. Thank you Matteo for all your help , advice and tips to make our stay perfect. :))

Breathtaking Views and extremely comfortable home

We had a lovely 2 week holiday in Costa Paradiso in Matteo's home. Matteo was a very friendly and helpful host, greeting us when we arrived and giving us information on the area. He was always available for any queries we may have needed. Matteo and his Wife Yumi are available but not intruding at all. Our kids enjoyed having the shared pool which is at at the back of the house, overlooking the countryside. The beaches are also only a few minutes drive and there is a choice of some sandy beaches as well as rocky beaches giving us a good variety. The home was compact and we found that it had everything you could need, air-conditioning which was brand new in every room, very useful for restful nights on hot days, a tv with BBC world if you wish as well as a well equipped kitchen. The best thing about the house though is the incredible views of the sea and coast on the large terrace where we could enjoy the beautiful sunset every night! The terrace also has a BBQ which we enjoyed using! Every time we got home if we had been out it was such a pleasure to come back to the terrace which was very peaceful, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and see the most beautiful sunset! It was stunning! WE highly recommend this place!

La maison est jolie ,et bien agencée. La terrasse est trÚs petite et constemment envahi de fourmies et parfois aussi dans les chambres. Concernant la piscine juste a coté de la maison on s'y sentait vraiment comme des intrus , les autres propriétaires ont souvent fait des remarques et n'étaient pas acceuillant du tout . Il y a une tonne de rÚggle a respecter comme les horaires d'utilisation : de 9h à12H et de15h à 20H, pas de nourriture , pas de boisson , pas de crÚme solaire , pas de balle , chaussure obligatoire ... il y en a 14 comme cela , pas vraiment friendly !

TrÚs bon séjour !

La maison est trÚs bien agencé et impeccablement propre et bien situé. Le propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et toujours là en cas de besoin. La petite terrasse trÚs agréable et bien orientée, on a admiré le couché de soleil. La piscine était toujours trÚs propre et souvent on était seul. On recommande ce logement à 100%

Sunny hot days in Sardinia

It was a convenient holiday rental for beach visits and worked well as a base to visit the towns of north west Sardinia. Swimming pool was well used by us and our two adult sons and it caused no problem having to share with other guests. The only minus was the lack of proper aircondition in the bedrooms causing us to have some unrestful sleep due to hot weather. We learned to appreciate cold showers during our week in Costa Paradiso due to hot weather. We also found the local wildlife of wild pigs fascinating and guite funny when they suddenly popped by the area around the swimming pool. Summer greetings The Boddington family

Villetta Costa Paradiso

Che dire il proprietario non si Ăš presentato a riceverci, si era scordato di noi, pensando arrivassimo il giorno successivo. l'aria condizionata non era presente, come invece indicato nell'annuncio, Wi-fi non presente come, come invece indicato nell'annuncio, televisore non collegato alle antenne, presente in foto solo di bellezza. Dopo le nostre lamentele il proprietario ci ha fatto avere un condizionatore portatile e un wi-fi portatile dal secondo giorno. Ma nonostante tutte queste carenze, il posto Ăš molto bello e noi siamo stati bene.

Endroit paradisiaque !!!

Costa Paradiso est un village magnifique. Et le logement est dans un cadre paradisiaque . La piscine est dans un décor de végétation et de lauriers en fleurs. Je recommande a tous !

Soweit super - Beschreibung stimmt aber leider nicht

Matteos Haus ist grundsĂ€tzlich super. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl. Der Pool ist auch toll. Matteo ist sehr nett. Wir buchten dieses Haus unter anderem weil dort Klimaanlage und WLAN angegeben war. Leider war beides nicht vorhanden - das ist nicht ok - da diese Leistung angegeben ist und somit auch von uns bezahlt wurde. Es scheint als wurde hier einfach bei der Ausstattung jede "Klick-Box" als vorhanden angeklickt.... Ebenso muss man wissen, dass der Pool ein Shared Pool ist, der potenziell von 6 Wohneinheiten genutzt werden kann. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, dass wir den Pool fast durchgehend fĂŒr uns hatten. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, finden es allerdings nicht akzeptabel, dass die Ausstattungsliste schlicht falsch ist. GrundsĂ€tzlich absolut empfehlenswert!

TrĂšs bel endroit et emplacement

Cet endroit ainsi que la cĂŽte nord de la Sardaigne est superbe, la piscine agrĂ©able, matteo est un hĂŽte trĂšs sympatique; reste Ă  dĂ©plorer que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas en plein mois d'aoĂ»t. Il faut aussi demander quelle est l'orientation de votre logement car nous avons eu l'est et ce n'est pas la mĂȘme vue qu'Ă  l'ouest pour le soleil couchant.

Séjour qui débute mal

A l ' arrivée : maison non nettoyée, serviettes usagées pendues dans la salle de bain non nettoyée. Pas de linge de maison qui était prévu . Obliger de laver draps de lit et serviette toilette sorties du fond du garage avec une odeur de pas frais. Sinon maison agréable avec piscine et bien située. séjour agréable malgré les inconvénients à l ' arrivée.

Schoon, compleet ingericht en prachtige locatie. Goed prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Het huis ligt prachtig. Costa paradiso is een soort vakantiepark waar veel Italianen een vakantiehuis bezitten. Het huisje waar wij verbleven was schoon en compleet ingericht. Ook wel wat gedateerd maar dat maakt het verblijf er niet minder aangenaam om. De matrassen lagen niet geweldig lekker, maar ook dat is prima te doen voor een vakantie. Het zwembad voor de deur is goed onderhouden en ook netjes schoon. Op 5 minuten rijden zit op het park een bakker waar heerlijk vers brood gehaald kan worden tegen een redelijke prijs. Daarnaast zijn er een aantal restaurants en een supermarkt aanwezig. Dit huis heeft een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding!

Un véritable paradis, au calme. Maison trÚs propre. Tout y est. Petit plus: barbecue, douche extérieure et nous sommes directement à la piscine. TrÚs bonne gestion et trÚs bon accueil de la part de Matteo. Super, merci encore!
