Super Lage

Das Haus liegt eng am Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Es gibt genügend Plätze für Sonnen- und Schattenaufenthalt, es sind einige Treppen im Haus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett ist etwas tief. Sehr gutes Restaurant, zu Fuss erreichbar. Kein W-Lan. Eine einzige Beanstandung müssen wir anbringen im grossen Badezimmer kam nach drei Tagen aus den Rohren ein unangenehmer Geruch, ob das der Hitze geschuldet war, wissen wir nicht.

Tolles Haus mit schrottiger Ausstattung

Von vier Stühlen sind bei drei die Lehnen kaputt, zwei Liegen sind total kaputt, für die restlichen drei gibt es zwei Auflagen. Das Schränkchen im Bad ist Schrott und in einem Haus für vier gibt es drei (billigst) Weingläser. Die Aussicht und der Schnitt des Hauses sind toll, aber alles andere lieblos. Ich wette in Costa Paradiso gibt es ebenso tolle Häuser mit deutlich besseren Ambiente.

Un incanto su cui lavorare un po'

Molto bello lo stile dell'abitazione ed ottima la posizione (vista mare, no case nelle immediate vicinanze, silenziosità ambienti spaziosi e luminosi, zona ventilata). Sono necessari, però, lavori di manutenzione ad infissi e serrature, indispensabili le zanzariere ed altri ammodernamenti della casa. A nostro parere, con alcuni accorgimenti, la casa diventerebbe un alloggio di lusso come pochi in zona.

Tolle Aussicht!

Das Haus steht an einem sehr wertvollen Punkt. Die Aussicht ist perfekt und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der nahe Strand ist super schön. Die Kulisse mit den roten Felsformationen im Rücken und die Bucht: einfach Traumhaft. Ruhig, weil das Wort in der Felsen-Arena hallt. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht. Restaurants mit guter Küche und einen Einkaufsladen, der alle Spezialwünsche abdeckt. Die Preise sind fair.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, Aussicht über Costa Paradiso ist Grandios !! Zufahrt und Parkmöglichkeit sind gut, Betten waren leider im sehr Durchgelegten Zustand !! Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, Messer jedoch stumpf, keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden. eine Einfache Filterkaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Zukünftige Buchungen, sind absolut Überzogen, nicht angemessen.

Großes Haus in guter Lage

schönes großes Haus in guter Lage, hatten leider sehr viele Stechmücken, Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern und an den Belüftungsrohren wären hier hilfreich! Ein oder zwei Geschirrhandtücher sollten bei der Grundausstattung auch dabei sein. Es ist leider nichts vorhanden. Auch ein grösserer Espressokocher wäre toll gewesen, der vorhandene ist für 4 Personen etwas klein.
