Villa with a shared pool and ocean view

Villa Graziella: Located within the Costa Paradiso residential complex, just 350 metres from the sea (500–600 m on foot), we are renting a central townhouse with a shared pool. It features a spacious living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as two full bathrooms—one in the sleeping area and one in the living area.
There are two covered verandas: one at the entrance that overlooks the pool and offers a fabulous sea view, and one on the inner patio that separates the living area from the sleeping area, where the barbecue area is also located.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a reserved parking space, and a pool shared with two other villas. (sleeps 8 – max. 6 adults)

The villa is located in the Costa Paradiso complex, which features two shopping centers with excellent dining options, supermarkets, bars, newsstands, tobacco shops, a pharmacy, an on-call medical service, and various stores.
Costa Paradiso, located 35 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, spans a vast area of approximately 800 hectares, most of which is designated as a nature reserve.
The coastline is characterised by extensive rocky areas of remarkable scenic interest, interspersed with countless sandy coves—mostly accessible by sea—as well as small bays of particular beauty typical of the coastline, and the splendid “Li Cossi” beach (reachable on foot via a trail of about 300 m.)

Bed linens and towels are not provided; you may bring your own or rent them for €25 per person per week.

Pet fee: €50.

Tourist tax: €2 per person per night for a maximum of 10 days (excluding children under 12)
