Very beautiful air-conditioned studio renovated in a three-star hotel, feet in the water, comprising a large room of 28m2, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchenette on the terrace protected by a blind against the fiery afternoon sun and a splendid view of the marina on the sunset side.

Mon avis sur la location
Emplacement parfait, vue agréable, lieu très calme. C'est une résidence qui est dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel Carayou ( anciennes chambres vendues) le parking commun a l'hôtel, protégé par une barrière a l'entrée la plupart de temps ouverte, il est donc conseillé de ne pas rentrer tard car il est difficle de trouver une place. L'appartement dans son jus de l'ancienne chambe d'hôtel... a besoin d'un coup de jeune, heureusement une clim indépendante de celle d'origine commune, a ete rajoutee. La salle de bain est correcte ( eau tres chaude ou froide difficile d'avoir mitigée) et la kitchenette est un strict minimum avec des plaques de cuisson qui sont a revoir. Pas de cuisine a peine des oeufs ! Beaucoup de restaurants autour...le micro-ondes difficile d'accès en hauteur... et la table en verre dehors sert a deposer les plats a moins d'avoir envie de manger face au mur, heureusement une petite table ronde est en plus, vaisselle suffisante mais dépareillée, pas top.
Concernant la propreté ne pas être exigeant, lit et linge propre,plusieurs endroits pas nets, voir sales, grilles salle de bain sales, bouton poussoir toilette sale, limite pour une prestation a ceprix. Pour l'acceuil 1 btlle d'eau 2 rlx de papier toilette. 1 sac poubelle si vous arrivez tard vous navez même pas quelques fruits, ni 1 sachet the ou de cafe. un bracelet est necessaire pour acceder aux prestations picines et resto remis a la reception non signalé al'arrivée par le proprietaire. Prestation a revoir.
