Le site proposé est idéalement situé à l'entrée de 3-Ilets, à proximité des commerces et du sympathique vieux bourg. Le gîte est spacieux, aménagé avec goût, bien équipé et confortable. À l'exception des courtes festivités du Carnaval, l'endroit est calme, avec une vue sur la baie de Genipa, les flancs de Fort-de-France et les pitons du Carbet. Accès aisé aux voies rapides pour rejoindre les grands axes et visiter toute l'Île. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et de bons conseils pour orienter nos visites. Vivant sur place, ils peuvent solutionner rapidement tout problème, comme un petit souci avec notre air climatisé. Avec l'arrivée des sargasses sur notre plage fétiche du Diamant, il était facile d'atteindre les Anses d'Arlet ou les Salines en moins d'une demi-heure. Attention, il y a une trentaine de marches, en bon état, pour accéder au logement du stationnement.

Grégory et Nadège sont aux petits soins et réactifs. Le fait qu’ils vivent sur place facilite le séjour. Les équipements sont conformes. On a apprécié les fauteuils de plage.

Très joli appartement avec une vue incroyable, des hôtes à la fois discrets et très disponibles qui vous donnent tous leurs bons plans ! Position centrale qui permet de rayonner facilement dans toute l'île. On a adoré !

Bel emplacement et accueil très agréable

La location convenait parfaitement à notre recherche. Belle vue sur la baie depuis la grande terrasse, endroit calme, appartement bien disposé, bien agencé et très propre. Accueil convivial. Il est cependant indispensable d'avoir une voiture.

Nous avons passé une semaine au sein de cette location agréablement située, avec un point de vue idyllique. Logement venant juste d’être refait, autant vous dire que tout est irréprochable tant en décoration qu’en équipements. Notre hôte c’est avéré sympathique, précis, ponctuel, ayant tout fait pour nous rendre ce séjour agréable. Il y a 2 logements sur le même niveau, celui ci étant le plus grand. Nous y étions en même temps qu’un autre couple, et la séparation est suffisamment bien faite pour que chacun puisse vivre sa vie confortablement. Le propriétaire compte également continuer à améliorer l expérience client en insonorisant les ouvertures des chambres en y installant des fermetures vitrées. Ce logement est climatisé, et je ne peux évidemment que vous le conseiller en Martinique. À bientôt 👋

Rien à redire

Avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gregory et Nadège, très disponibles mais néanmoins discrets. De l’accueil au départ, ils ont su rendre notre séjour agréable. Jamais avares de nous donner des infos sur les bons coins incontournables. La résidence est très bien placée, tant pour visiter le sud que pour aller sur la côte atlantique nord ou au nord de Fort de France. Le petit plus, la navette maritime qui relie les Trois Îlets à Fort de France en 20 minutes. Quant au logement, il est impeccable et de bon gout. Il est neuf et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons sans réserve. À nouveau, merci à eux.
