Bon emplacement

L’appartement est atypique, bien situé, et pourrai presque être confortable. Il y a malheureusement quelques points à souligner : c’est très mal isolé, aussi bien thermiquement que phoniquement : quand le voisin du dessus marche, le sol tremble au-dessus de la chambre, à 1h du matin ou à 6h du matin pendant nos vacances, c’était un peu dur! On comprend toutes ses conversations, sans même tendre l’oreille ! Le matin il fait froid, l’après-midi, c’est la fournaise ! L’autre point à soulever est que tout est trop rationné, aucun rouleau de papier toilette supplémentaire, pas de draps de rechange, pas de produits ménagers, une seule éponge pour toute la maison, une seule tablette lave-vaisselle… De plus, le sol de l’appartement était sale à notre arrivée, il y avait du sable partout.À part ça l’appartement est agréable et bien équipé, et surtout il est très bien situé, proche du centre, tout en étant au calme quand le voisin nous laisse tranquilles!
