Tried to check in @ 3:30, made to wait till 4:00. Told I booked two queens, when I’m sure I booked one king. Room was clean and spacious. Coffee shop and buffet were good. Lots of easy parking.

We stayed in a double queen during our first visit to Tucson. We walked through casino but didn’t gamble. You do need to walk through to the restaurants. Our room was large and the bathroom was too. Great shower! Room prices are reasonable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. We will be back!

Now this resort knows how to treat its guests. Comforts galore! Chocolates on our pillows, robes for us to wear, wonderful deli with blackberry cream cheese croissants. We paid $175 a night for a cheaply furnished Hampton Inn in El Paso Texas, this property was only $19 more. And we actually got the King Size bed we paid for, unlike the Hampton Inns we reserved.

We were needing to stay on the south side of Tuscon and didn't want to deal with the airport noise. This was a great option for us. Wonderful property with plenty of dining options on the property.

Loved this place. Just needed one night close to the airport. The pool was amazing. The lobby bar had a nice happy hour and dinner at the Italian restaurant was fabulous. Would stay again.

There was a norovirus outbreak the day before we checked and were NEVER notified until after we checked in. Completely unacceptable. The hotel even contacted us the morning of check in to confirm, however, did NOT inform us of the norovirus outbreak. We were told after check in there was a contagious bug at the hotel. We did not even stay at the hotel we went to a different hotel for our health safety. The hotel does not want to reimburse us for the full amount of the stay that they took. What scammers….they don’t tell people about a health outbreak until after check in and then keep the money without reimbursing even when we didn’t stay the 4 nights. This place is a dump.

Loved the convenience of all the casino amenities. Places to eat and the golf course located close by. It had a great feel to it and when you went to your room it was quiet and staff were responsive.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool is warm and the area around it was well kept. I requested late check out and was flatly told it would be $25, which was surprising as it was not busy. Overall, good value!
