Welcome to our charming townhome in Green Valley. This awesome property features 2 bedrooms, master with a king and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms with hair dryers and plenty of towels. A cozy living room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities such as AC, 2 large screen TVs, iron, outdoor grill and fire pit during their stay. One car parking spot in garage.

Experience what Green Valley has to offer with a stay at our nicely furnished and clean townhome. This property is a 55 plus community in a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy a beautiful mountain view from the back patio. Both the back patio and the front courtyard are surrounded with a half brick wall. There are a number of recreational areas for biking, hiking, picnicking and sightseeing. Pickleball courts on site and in the area.

The property had everything we needed, was pet friendly and the community was very nice with a pool, spa and calendar of activities. All the residents were very friendly. Connie and Rick were very helpful with the few questions we had and when the microwave went out they immediately replaced it. And as a bonus, we really enjoyed the view of the mountains and creative decor - we were always finding new things both inside and on the front and back patios! We highly recommend this property.
