Parking lot was dirty. Paper thin walls, you could hear neighbouring rooms. Our bathroom was a little dirty. Footprints on the floor and the air vent was dirty with fuzz buildup. Otherwise, all was good.

Property was off a main road, which decreased its traffic noise. A good thing. Property itself was refreshed at some point, but lots was left to be corrected yet. Room was clean, linens were crisp, bed was firm but not hard. Areas outside of the room needed attention. Hallways and elevator had an oily mechanical smell. Exteriors other than main entrance were dirty and needed attention.

Not worth the money

The chair in the room was obviously stained. The body wash in the bathroom was not filled. The tissue box had two different types of tissues so some new ones were just shoved on top. The walls are thin i could hear the baby next to me crying. The only rooms that were available were ground Level and the elevator was being maintenanced.

Clean, good area, lots to do nearby. Beds were very springy (in a bad way) and very firm - could be better. Needed more or bigger pillows. Walls were too thin. Could hear people in the room next to us talking.

The front desk lady went out of her way just to get us paper plates and towels which was very appreciative given she had an injured leg. She went above and beyond. Great place. I would stay again. Elevator was out of order but that's beyond their control, so great place.
