As an astrophotographer this location worked great. The large yard in front, while having a few visual obstructions, was an excellent location in terms of view and darkness. My night sky luminous meter put this area at around a Bortle scale of 4.5. Having th convivence of a home 30 feet away far outweighs an even darker location. I routed power through the bedroo door to the outside, and a ethernet cable through the front door. I would definitely consider this location over others I have stayed at in the area. The management is also easy to contact through the portal, and responds very fast. I was very pleased with the entire experience!
