The property shut down on side of the hotel because there was a contiguous virus that broke out the night before. They moved all the guest into their other hotel and told no one. When checking in, not knowing what had happened, I noticed that their staff were all wearing masks and gloves but yet did not mention anything about the contiguous virus. When I was trying to cancel my room, I asked why they didn't tell us before we checked in and they told us that they weren't allowed to. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm not even sure if I'll get my refund back since the hotel is not co-operative.

It was a very nice room, clean and staff was prompt. They have an arcade that apparently had not been open for 6 months, which bummed my 12byear old out. The pool was warm and clean, but they did a crap job setting out umbrellas and making it welcoming. I don't care if it's off season. There is no hotel bar, they said we could use the pool at the resort which was underwhelming (maybe we are spoiled we are from Phoenix and it doesn't look like a resort pool to me just a nice pool) no working bar there either. Not that we need to booze it up but a cocktail would be nice. In fact we weren't allowed to have any drinks there lol. Also no food. The casino is cute, some good options. it's fine. Won't stay again. Advertise amenities, but when you get there, there are not available.

I got diagnosed with strep throat so I was unable to attend the wedding of a family member in Tucson. I tried to contact the hotel to see if i was able to cancel and get a refund, but nobody ever got back to me. I should have just went and stayed in the hotel to spread my strep throat.
