The room was a nice surprise. Roomy, comfortable bed, car was parked close to the room. Smelled clean without the smell of heavy cleanser. Front desk staff were nice and polite. Why guests can’t clean up after their dogs is lazy and rude.

The room was not up to par. The refrigerator was so iced over, we couldn't get any ice packs in to the freezer. Room was not clean. There were people arguing (shouting) in the hallway. They moved us to another rooom. There were 1 set of towels, no soap, no shampoo, no ice bucket, but there was room enough for our ice packs (needed for med transport). When i went to the desk, he said "you took the room" and gave me the key to the first room and told me to take whatever I wanted. Hallways smelled like cat pee. Guy at desk was busy playing video games and talking on phone with buds. Scary neighborhood. Don't recommend at all.

There is no fitness center and the reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed with everything. No cleaning of the room until I had to repeatedly ask the front desk.
