The Guest Casita just oozes with charm & is split up into two spaces ( both sides yours of course to use !!The casita is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay in Tucson !

Amenities: This Casita is Fully Solar - with Central A/C and Heat, kitchenette, Refrigerator, Free Wifi, washer, dryer ( clothes line too ), iron & ironing board, pots and pans, sheets & towels, silverware, blender, toaster, microwave, and Beach Cruisers.

Guest have access to the entire house, and everything in it along with bikes, best back yard, and off street parking where you’ll enter the casita through the iron gate.

Wonderful casita for a couple. It was clean, well equipped with the little kitchen perfect for making breakfast to be enjoyed outdoor in the little cactus garden. The living room area with a door is great if one of you is a night owl and the other likes to go to sleep early. Nice area, just far away from the busy street that takes you everywhere in Tucson to be quiet but still perfectly walkable. Highly recommend Tito and Pep restaurant just around the corner. Amazing food. We would certainly look to book again if we find ourself in the area.

I would give this property an 8/10. I would stay there again and for the same price. Some reasons that I enjoyed the property are:- the bed and pillows are very comfortable - we enjoyed the neighborhood and location. Some reasons I would not give it a 10/10:- the listing says there are bicycles to ride that we would have loved to enjoy. There are 3 bicycles along the fence that are in total disrepair. We found two more bicycles in the shed that were in a little better condition but still all had flat tires and no air pump on site. - the hosts appeared to be communicative on the surface, but I think they are using an AI bot to automatically reply and then not actually following up. Of the 4 questions I asked them three were immediately replied to with saying they would get back to me, of which only one of those they did ever give me an answer and only after I reminded them. The fourth question never received any response at all. - the checkout instructions are confusing, because they messaged me something different than what is listed on VRBO. Starting a laundry load of all of the dirty linens is listed in both places, however the laundry room was locked. Signing the guestbook was listed in both places but could not be located in the rental. Taking the trash out is only listed on VRBO, but no instructions on where to take it. Final heads up to anyone taking your dog there - the yard has Oleander in it, which is highly toxic to dogs!

The home was very attractive, inviting and clean. The location was very convenient for visiting sights in the area. The garden was lovely. The lighting inside was great, as were the amenities. It was very tastefully decorated and a perfect base for our stay. Hosts were very responsive and attentive! We had a great time. Would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Lovely little casita. Perfect for a couple or family of 3/4. We stayed for Parent’s Weekend and it was easy in and out and about an 8 minute drive to campus give or take the lights- IYKYK. I loved the garden outside as well.

Overall, we had a very nice stay at the casita. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great. The location is fairly close to UofA (maybe 5-7 minutes drive time, so that was convenient for our purposes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a little hit or miss but generally quiet and felt safe.

I loved this space

Staying at this Spanish Style Casita was a great experience!!! I loved that it was near great coffee shops, food, and a park for my dog! IMy puppy loved sniffing and exploring the casita’s fenced yard! The booking, check-in, and checkout process was easy! This casita has everything one needs to enjoy exploring Tuscon. I recommend this space 100%….
