Econo lodge would be better

Iā€™m going to start by saying this is my second stay at this hotel. Only because I have to stay here due to work If it wasnā€™t for that, I would choose another hotel. First stay got bit by some sort of bug When I told the front desk, they asked if it was in my luggage and avoided me when I said probably not. The coffee shop is rarely opened and if it is, good luck finding help. Doordashed coffee is a thing!!! Promise! The housekeeping, will give u two bath towels a hand towel and probably nothing else. Oh and donā€™t even think u will get clean glasses or an extra coffee up for the keurig, because remember no coffee service. U could use the glow restaurant thing, again if u donā€™t care about service or hot food. I would have thought it was me being picky, maybe more than 2 towels for bath and hand r overkill and Iā€™m expecting too much. But a coworker had complaints as well so doesnā€™t seem to be just me. If u do stay here, just DoorDash coffee, and bring towels, bring cups and bug repellent. Good luck!!! Oh and donā€™t expect any type of guest relations. They frown upon that!!! Guests not really wanted or welcome

At times, there was a very toxic mold smell (not sewer) coming out of the drain I suppose in the shower. Or the walls are moldy I'm not sure which. I didn't smell it all the time, but it was a very toxic mold smell in the water closet area of the bathroom where the shower is. Really creepy and probably dangerous it needs to be looked at.

Property is super old and barely renovated. We had rented a suite, the dark dirty carpet was dreary. With 30F temperature heater was not working. They sent tech to check multiple times but the temperature in the rooms didnā€™t cross 60F. will never return.

The suite was very nice. Needs a microwave so you wouldnt have to ask. The T.V. and the phone didn't work the first night. Had to wait till the next day for maintenance to fix the problem.

Great place to stay. Iā€™m coming to TUCSON. This is where we always stay. I just hope when I check out tomorrow, I donā€™t get charged for the Wi-Fi because it says that itā€™s free on the Marriott check-in that I have.

Ok place

I had a an ok stay . The QR code did not work for in room services. Its a decent place to stay. I would definitely take the stairs due to the elevators are disgusting dirty..

Sheraton in name only.

This property was not even close to Sheraton standards in my opinion. The hotel doesnā€™t seem to be in the safest area as thereā€™s locked black metal security gates all around the property. I definitely didnā€™t want to leave any valuables in our vehicle. The photos give the impression that everything looks nice, and clean, but the reality was that the outside was dirty, dingy, and needing refurbishment. The elevator near our section of the hotel wasnā€™t in operation, and there wasnā€™t even a control panel installed. That was super inconvenient hauling all our bags at least 200 feet round trip in order to get them to our room. They had a washer and dryer which was convenient for doing our laundry. The included breakfast was good, and our server was very nice. The room itself was convenient, although our remote wasnā€™t programmed to the TV properly. The only way to change the channels was manually like it was 1975. The coffee and tea selection was good, and the K-Cup machine was nice too. Sheraton is a good brand, but this property we wouldnā€™t stay at again without some improvements.
