This renovated, historic adobe home is in the heart of Tucson's Blenman-Elm Historic neighborhood, just minutes from the University of Arizona and downtown. Landscaped in classic desert style by a regionally known landscape architect and accompanied by views of Mt. Lemmon to the north, enjoy the Southwest scenery with your morning coffee on the front patio, or kick it out back, where you'll find a fully-stocked wood fire pit and charcoal grill, and plenty of space to unwind in nature.

Escape the heat and hang out in the game room, complete with a foosball table, full-service bar and retro-stereo sound system. High-speed Internet, TV, basic cable, Apple TV and surround sound stereo make the living room great for watching your favorite movie or show. A fully-equipped kitchen with updated appliances will bring out your inner chef while you enjoy your visit to the Old Pueblo.

One bedroom has a California-King bed, the second has a Queen-sized bed and the pull-out couch in the breakfast nook can accommodate more guests. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and ample skylights provides all you need for your comfort. Towels and linens provided. Stays longer than a week will receive optional cleaning services weekly for an extra fee and we provide some beer and wine to welcome you. Three months at the Tohono O'odham House went by way too fast. The location was perfect for us and felt very safe. Whole Foods, Walgreens, the University and a great art film theater, all within a mile.The kitchen is well stocked and there's a ton of literature describing local attractions. The beds were comfortable and back yard, very private. Host, Kevin, a charming fellow, clearly wants guests to enjoy their time in Tucson. We wouldn't hesitate to return here. It was perfect for us.

Really great rental with all the amenities you need...and more. Kevin really thought of everything. Home was "homey" in the best way possible. The house is close to a ton of amenities, in a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, and the place very clean...two things that are hard to tell when booking. Even with Kevin being out of state, he was very accessible to communicate with.

We’ve stayed in rentals all over the world, and this one instantly became one of our favorites. I’ve always been a little hesitant about Tucson, but this area, and especially this historic landmark, completely won us over. The house is decorated so beautifully to match the era it was built, and you can feel the thought put into every detail. Nothing was missing, whether it was cooking, cleaning, or just enjoying a drink, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Initially you walk in and you think its tiny, but keep going and you are constantly surprised. Thank you Kevin, we are so bummed we cannot stay during Parents weekend because it's already rented, but 5 out of 5 starts for sure.

Loved the vibe of this super cute home. Very quaint and clean. Above and beyond with refreshments and amenities. We loved the southwest mixed with mid century modern decor. Beds were comfy and the fresh bread and eggs a surprise bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic home in a great location!

Kevin was a wonderful host, he had great communication about our stay and amenities/recommendations. The house is fantastic, lovely, clean, lots of amenities we didn’t even use (stocked bar, backyard/fire pit, entertainment room). We were there for work, so not much time to play, but this would be great for someone who wanted more options than the usual offerings. I l visit Tucson every year and would be thrilled to stay here again.
