Our heater would not work and we called down for assistance. They said they would let maintenance know, but no one ever came. It was about 20 degrees outside that night. The free breakfast was average, but there were plenty of options including an omelet station where you can get a fresh omelet made to order. The front desk staff was less than concerned on check out that we did not have heat. Asked if I wanted a receipt and I said "No, I want a refund." They were unable to assist me because I made the reservations through Expedia. I am told since that time to expect a refund. I would give it a second chance if that was my only choice. The room was huge and clean. Except we didn't have enough toilet paper to even last 1 night. They told me at the front desk I should have came down and asked for some. I think if you have less than 1 roll there should be a spare already in place.

Beautiful hotel, horrible stay.

The sprinkler head in our room was so loose for so long it had been stuffed with toilet paper by other guests to stop it from rattlling all night. The guide on the TV showed no information and the website was so archaic you couldn't even read it. Even though it says it offered room service we were told they didn't. Our room was cleaned only once even though we were there for multiple days. That rule is absolutely ridiculous since we use more and need it more. The staff was rude to a lot of different people as witnessed on multiple occasions. From almost chasing someone down for a beer in the pool area, to telling others they couldn't check in early and then getting rude with them when they were frustrated. We won't be staying there again.

Let’s see. Went to check in and the price was different than what was online. When checking in a lady was complaining about her bathroom being clogged up and waiting. When getting up to our room it was nice. When I went to wash my face the sink took forever to drain. Went to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and first it took forever to be seated. When getting our food they left our other dish in the kitchen and then brought out 4 individual pieces of asparagus….. walking throughout the hotel they had water leaking under a door. For the price it shouldn’t have been that way. Our room we didn’t have a remote for the tv and when we did get a remote we couldn’t even get a tv channel line up. So it’s a no go on returning unless the remodel is fixing every thing including the plumbing and service

We had blood stains on our shower curtain upon checking in. We called the front desk to request this be changed because, disgusting! They did not ever come. We called the next morning and asked again, and again they promised to have someone remedy the problem right away. Our shower curtain remained bloody and stained the whole 2 night stay.

Really disappointed with our recent stay while attending chili bowl nationals. The first morning waking up, there was very loud construction noise promptly at 8:00am. Not fun after staying out late on your first night of vacation. Also, was NEVER told that there would be remodeling/construction during our stay. The rooms seemed clean enough but saw some black hairs in the shower and under the vanity. After staying there for a couple of days noticed the remodeling of our room in particular was very cheap. White plaster/spackle smeared all over the paint, drywall debris in the cracks etc. The exterior lights by the doors just had wire hanging from them. CAME HOME WITH BED BUG SCABS/BITES ALL OVER MY BODY. Really was more like a stay at a motel 6 but with a higher price tag.

The Embassy Suites in Tulsa is remodeling and upgrading. So the first room we were given had the smoke detector still disconnected. We asked for and were immediately given another room, which was excellent. This was mid-January of 2025. Large, clean rooms with NO mold or musty smells. New furnishings. Nice mini-fridge and microwave with a table and three chairs. Service is great, especially the wonderful breakfast with made-to-order omelets (ask for the "jalapeño popper omelet, which is excellent!). Coffee is good and strong. The evening reception has great light fare -- good-quality cheese, cooked mushrooms and vegetables, tortilla chips, etc., and punch. The pool is large and adequately heated, even in January. Plenty of clean towels! The hot tub is great! The service is wonderful with very helpful staff. We left an expensive full-face scuba mask next to the hot tub by accident and were able to pick it up a few days later on our way back from our road trip destination. Truly wonderful and exceptional experience! Once the remodeling is fully done (can hear drilling in some areas in the morning) this will be top-notch! Definitely recommended.

The only real issue I had was inconsistent hot water in the shower. Would go cold with little or no warning. They are in the middle of a remodel so that may have been a factor

Little hiccup but great staff

The staff was amazing and the GM very attentive. We had some issues with the TV in our room and although it didn't get fixed while we were there, I felt the staff did all they could and were gracious. We plan on staying again in the future.

Hot tub was broken. Thermostat in the room was broken. Lock on the front door froze up and took an hour to fix. Breakfast was not impressive.
