OK, but far from interesting stuff
Aloft Tulum wasn't the best hotel for a family trip. It is far from all but a few restaurants, as well as the Tulum ruins and the beaches. We had a car and the hotel does offer parking, but it's hard to find parking everywhere else in Tulum. The area around the hotel is really noisy at night (particularly on the weekends), which is probably great if you are young but not so great for a family that wants to hit the beach early tomorrow morning.
