Everything was so dirty. The shower was broken. The pool so was dirty and they never came to clean it. Bedsheets were dirty

Finding the exact location of the building was horrible. CheapTickets could not help me. The number provided took forever to answer. I was given the address the day I arrived at the airport. The apartment and the building was beautiful. The service, communication and cleanliness was lacking. The plunge pool was cloudy when we got there and turned green. Air condition air in living room did not work, in a drawer there was left over food from previous visitor, there were cobwebs, one bed did not have a blanket. They did not offer clean towels during our stay. Water was not provided except for two bottles of approx 12 oz each. I was expecting 4-5 star and it was not, maybe a 3. Do not recommend this place.
