We had an incredible time at this property with a group of 16. The listing is two separate houses, which ended up being a plus as both were spacious enough that the whole group could comfortably gather in either one, so it never felt split up. Each house has its own pool, comes with a great portable speaker (loud enough to hear throughout the house), and a really nice indoor-outdoor flow that made the whole place feel open and connected to the surroundings. One of the houses has this awesome hanging net area under a skylight that's a great reading and lounging spot. Tulum was the perfect backdrop and this property made it easy to just enjoy being together. The roads around the property are a bit rough to drive on but many good restaurants and some stores are within a 10-15 minute walk. We'd absolutely recommend it for larger groups and would highly suggest booking both units if you can.
