IT TOOK 25 DAYS FOR THEM TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT!!!!!!
Almost an entire month!
When I finally got it, there was NO apology, NO stay 3 days and we will give you the 4th is free!
NOTHING!
We booked through Expedia and we're Platinum Members!
Still, they took $125 (the most of any place we've stayed)!
And they don't put a hold --- it's an actual purchase, because a hold goes back in 24 hours!
But when I called Peter (a boss) he was adamant the charge was returned!
Two days later, after MORE THAN 3 WEEKS --- my account showed a pending deposit from this place for $125!
Then get this . . . after a three day stay, we asked if we could checkout by noon?
Makayla or Makenzie or whatever (the front desk worker who apparently credited another person our deposit) said checking out late would incur a charge!
We got out of there by 10:59!
I should have known because as we were checking in, (which was a 20-minute ordeal because the young Latino worker [no name tags] had to call his boss just to check us in) he was in a lengthy debate with a woman complaining that she was charged twice on her deposit for one room!
We were seniors and asked for a ground floor room away from the freeway noise, the Latino worker said that is the room for Expedia people! So no easy access room for us.
During our 3-day stay, everybody was stacked on the same rooms on the side nearest the noisy freeway! We saw no one with rooms overlooking the serene pool area!
Service after the sale is IMPERATIVE! Fix it!!!
