We had a wonderfull experience especially with Ocean Views. Twin Towns is a Mecca for familiar faces and the only thing we missed out on was breakfast, but there will be plenty oof time for that next time we visit the MANTRA Coolangatta. Kind regards, GiGi Law & M. McKeown

The car park and getting to & from the rooms was very very confusing we were told to park in C3 only. Apparently there is C3 on every level. We pressed C3 on the elevator and was 2 floors from our car. Very confusing, because of this I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel ever again.

This place is an easy stay everytime, so peaceful and clean. It was pouring rain this time but we could easily get on the bus right out the front or eat at the club without even going outside. Have stayed multiple times never any issues. We did have a back side of the building room this time overlooking Tweed rather than Coolangatta but worked out to be the perfect location to watch the ANZAC Day dawn service from the balcony. Staff are always lovely and accommodating.

You’re paying for the view - we stayed in a one bedroom ocean view apartment. The room wasn’t overly clean, sticky residue on coffee table, mould along bottom of curtains and an awful smell of smoke out in the corridor as if someone had been smoking in their room. Overall it sufficed our one night stay for an early trip to the airport but we won’t stay here again.

Best to travel with a portable Air conditioner as all lifts and hallways are above 24.c. The air conditioning within the building seems to be struggling with the services it is to supply. The air within the apartment struggles to provide any comfort..the temperature had to be reduced to its minimum yet still was not anywhere it should have been. A vent designed above the main bedroom is the only source of conditioned air. The main bedroom does not have a ceiling fan built in. BYO Aircon.

Gordon helped to prepare the room for my husbands birthday and he was wonderful. All the service staff were brilliant. The food/breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was so clean and beautiful in the whole hotel. Congratulations everyone!

Clean room, comfortable bed and lots of appliances available. But the hair dryer did blow up this morning when I went to use it. Maybe regular electrical checks are needed to avoid any unwanted accidents.

The location was wonderful…close to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The staff was wonderful! Our room was a bit small but very clean and quiet. Our balcony was locked but we were out and about so really never would have used it. Our ocean view between the buildings was nice!
