Liked location. Did not like level of service and very poor or. At your prices standards should be higher. I was looking forward to this stay. I have been to Peppers before. Overall sadly disappointed. Unlikely to return or recommend.

We got a plunge room which is shared with another unit . There were cigarette butts near pool steps . Rusty air con leaking on concrete outside. Room was small, bathroom door was hitting the toilet door when opening. Air conditioner light couldn’t be dulled or turned off was bright during the night. No windows to open . No screen on door so you could open for air. Staff were nice . Parking was easy. Good location. Felt tired and rundown for a 4.5 star - fairly underwhelming for the price . Disappointed:(

Worse experience. Look elsewhere first. Kicked out of our room one day prior to our departure as the owner wanted the room. I was offered another room; however, we did not want to pack to unpack again, so I was provided a refund for that night as it essentially had ruined our time away, so we just wanted to go home. 14 days later still chasing our refund! We have had to chase the hotel after they took our bank details amount, etc., and said it would be fixed.

When we checked in our room wasn’t ready , had no clean beach towels and was next to a room that had smokers in it and the key stopped working half way through the night. The staff we’re understanding and gave us a late check out , complimentary drinks , an upgrade on our next visit along with a free breakfast. When you stay at a resort things can go wrong but what makes the difference is the service they provide and in some cases the compensation when they miss the mark.
