There was an infestation of roaches, there was no customer service after a certain hour. This is not a hotel that you can drop into for a good night sleep if you're traveling

Front desk closes at 10pm. I was driving in from out of town in the middle of the night, I called ahead and mentioned that I would be getting in late. I was told that someone would be available to check us in. Once we got in, the front desk was closed and no one was around. Called multiple times and all calls went straight to voicemail. We didn’t get to stay in the room that we paid for so unfortunately had to pay for another room elsewhere. Very unfortunate.

The only thing that was good, was the front desk did answer after hours and was able to get me checked in. The room we stayed in was terrible. The door frame to the room was damaged as if the room had been kicked open. I felt very unsafe. The hotel manager came banging on my door and when asked what he needed, he said he wanted to talk but not through the door. Once I opened the door, he said Nevermind we handled it, not knowing what he wanted. I then told him I felt unsafe with the door and the room, and he said “ well it still latches, and everything is new.” That was a lie. The floor was dirty, the tv remote had one battery and was barely hanging on the stand. There were no towels, no trash can and no blankets. There were only sheets. The toilet was clogged and the plunger I had was trash. My non smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. One staff member did help me with the toilet by bringing his own personal plunger. The crowd in and outside the hotel were sketchy. Loitering was absolutely terrible. People live here and you can tell it’s low income housing and not an actual place to stay. The price was cheap but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
