The hotel was quaint, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but for the two days we were there, we never had anything more than lukewarm water. The staff said the boiler had been replaced recently and that hot water would return "within hours." It never did. The hotel didn't make any effort to compensate us for this inconvenience. Side note: The hotel offers only streaming services on its TVs. Good luck trying to figure it out. (Maybe it's a problem for only us over-60 people, but an in-room guide to decoding it would have been helpful.)

We arrived to the hotel telling us there was No hot water, WiFi, elevator and ice machine are broken. Driving 2 hours away on a Saturday we decided to stay anyways. Then the tv didn’t work as well. We could have stayed some where half the price for better service

I will say the rooms are quite large if you need plenty of room or are traveling in a large group. We had no hot water during our stay - the hotel was experiencing issues so it was widespread. The gym is a closet with a a few dumbbells, the pool is across the parking lot in a separate building. Our room had peeling paint all over the floor in the bathroom, the dishes/utensils at breakfast had food stuck to them and nobody was cleaning up. The staff didn’t communicate with anyone regarding the hot water, just kept hiding and slipping papers under the door. Emailed management about my concerns and expected to hear something - never heard another word. Cancelled my future reservations here.

Heat didnt work in my room nor did half the lights. Tried to deny me bringing my service animal without paying a $150 pet fee.Bar employers were only interested in talking to each other. Front staff poorly trained. Week later and the manager is still avoiding me.

This was a really lovely hotel! Nice and quiet on a good amount of land. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I will try their restaurant next time. I didn’t get to do that this time around.

Nice property but very run down, gym is in terrible shape, and the pool/spa is in a separate building requiring a short drive in most weather conditions. The room was old and the breakfast limited and all processed food (no fresh fruits or eggs for example). Coffee was good, staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

I ended up choosing not to stay there. There were maybe 8 cars in the parking lot. I arrived at 3pm, was told my room was ready but that I would be charged $50 to check in any earlier than 4pm. There was no music playing in the lobby, no one walking about the property....it was a very bizarre atmosphere.
