Wont go back ever again
We read the good reviews of cloud nine estate and decided to book it for our honeymoon and was really expecting it be be as good as the reviews. Boy were we disappointed.
We had to hand carry our luggage down the stairs to the lobby and we were lucky as our pwrsinal driver were there to assist. I couldnt believe there was a hotel there.
When we checked in, theres wasn't an towels or welcome drinks and the lobby is small and run down.
We were hoping the room would be nicer and it was. Ok honestly the room looks normal (white blue theme) except for the bathroom which is nicely decorated and the aircon is extremly weak and theres no fridge in the room(so we left all our beers) with the staff.
Dont let me start on the swimming pool. Its pathetic and dirty. I wont let my feet go into it. I think the view is 4/10 and we would get a much better villa with room service and better condition room anywhere else with the money we paid.
We would strongly advise not to book this unless u have many days and money to waste.
