Jiwa owner is very friendly and helpful with answering to any requests, * He can oraganise cars for day tours * Breakfast options are good and freshly made everyday * Pool is in great condition * CLOSE to main street * Rooms are clean & bed is good Only thing I had concerns were * Bathroom is slightly dark, lights are not bright enough * Furniture are not very tidy * hand soap dispenser was broken * Dust found under the bed center

it's overall OK. I only spent one night here. the place is quiet and peaceful. it's not far from the main road in Ubud, so it's convenient. the room is very basic, but got everything you need. simply there's no toiletries provided, and a bit surprised there's no hot water for the shower. since it is still warm at night at bali, it's still ok to have a cool shower, but i really hope there's a hot shower. in the morning, they bring the breakfast to the table right out of your room at your preferred time (the dish was chosen the day before), so it's really nice gesture.

Location, quiet. Reserved pool view and was first given no pool view. After inquiring, and reminding them of my reservation they changed my room and gave me a pool view. My stay was for twelve nights. After eight, I was ready to move on from Ubud. When I notified the host I was leaving he offered me a small amount of cash, not even equivilent to one nights stay as a refund. I did not accept that since Expedia's refund policy clearly states a cancel or change fee equal to one nights stay is customary to charge for cancel or change. After contacting Expedia, I recieved an amount equal to two nights stay. That was more than three times what the host offered. I was dissapointed that the host would not offer the same. Thank you Expedia.

The property is a beautiful oasis. The rooms are a good size. However, our room did not have any toiletries, the mosquito netting did not go all the way across the top, so we used the only 2 towels provided across the top of the bed to complete. Breakfast was great.
