The property was very clean, staff were wonderful. They cleaned the room several times a day! The only downside was the casual facilities outside the room. It would’ve been nice to have a pool table or some kind of movies night or something. The pool area was nice but not amazing. The room was one of the best we’ve hadn’t in Bali. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into the main hub, although it is on a Main Street itself. Overall it was a great experience.

lovely suite very luxurious with own bathroom. Breakfast a little expensive but staff are this hotel's best assest. Lovely attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with great spa. Very quiet with lovely grounds but on the main road so as soon as you leave the hotel it’s tourist town.

Monkey Forest is at the end of the street
Opposite Watercress Cafe which has the best breakfasts in Ubud!!
Excellent service provided by staff - free drop offs and pick up from the yoga barn when raining - is walking distance
Amazing three course breakfast
Complimentary water (although limited daily amounts)
Friendliness and willing to ensure we were comfortable during our stay cannot go understated (assisting with tour organisation, waiting with towels when we arrived back after being in the rain, assisting to ring travel insurer etc)
Very thoughtful service: anything guests may need, they have covered (umbrellas, flashlight, mosquito repellant and insect spray)
Free wifi was good
Free afternoon tea each day was beautiful

Beautiful hotel- everything you need
Perfect location to access main streets. Staff were so helpful and kind from the second we arrived until we left. They were very attentive at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in across the world. Great space, AMAZING bathroom. I do wish the balcony had more of a view or at least some trees covering the brick wall. Breakfast was superb with many choices on the menu. This is a must stay at hotel when in UBUD- can't wait to return.

Pros:Everything was lovely. The ambience. The service. The tropical paradise as seen from the dining pavilion.
Cons:I'm a fan of good traditional SE Asian cuisine. Sometimes I found it too conciliatory to the western palate. For example, what has happened to the traditional charred beef satay with cucumber, ketupat & peanut sauce? On my plate there was one chicken, one fish etc. I felt like going into the street to buy and eat the real traditional satay.
Location:The hotel shuttle made life very easy for us to get anywhere within the Ubud area.

Cons:nothing !!! best hotel we have stayed in Ubud ...plus you can do activities at other Komaneka hotels if it isn,t available at yurs !!!
