Whether you’re on a Romantic getaway, Solo Adventure or Family time The Mansion caters to all. Quiet secluded areas, pools for everyone, The Roof top pool is beautiful at Sunset. Fantastic facilities, great food and wonderful friendly staff

Nice pools are foyer and staff were friendly. The room we had was spacious and had a nice seating foyer area plus a verandah to sit. The infinity pool and new building was impressive and the new restaurant was well fitted out, but no one was eating there much - served pretty well vegetarian food and could have had a different menu to cater for more people. The resort is somewhat tired and needs some updates - main pool area was bit overgrown with grass around the pool. The wifi was pretty poor around most of there resort and also in room. The pool side cafe served food which was quite poor quality and somewhat expensive.

Visually beautiful, but lacking

The food is such a let down for this beautiful hotel. 200,000rp (around $20AUD) for buffet breakfast with dry toast as the only vegan option, and forget it if you want to eat healthy. I ate nothing but hotel food for 1 day because of the weather and i was violently ill for 24hrs and almost had to go to hospital. After my room was made up there was rubbish still around and my doona had no cover, just sheets and an exposed doona. The youngest guest there by far I kept getting asked my room no. when I was walking around. This hotel shoukd not be rated 5 star though. Hotel and staff beautiful otherwise.

Excellent resort, multiple pools, fantastic service. We stayed in a family room, ample space for family of four that includes two teenagers. Air conditioning worked very well. About 5-10 minutes from Ubud central, very easy and quick with the scheduled free bus or taxis. So much to see and do, but we also enjoyed days by the pool!

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Pros: Service
Cons: Food in the restaurant.
Location: Location is away from Ubud centre but hotel provides free bus service to the city centre.
Service was very good. But dinner at the restaurant was far below standard.Quality of cooking was poor but very expensive. Room was nice, neat and clean.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
