I stayed the night of the earth quake so this won't be a good review. The building shook pretty hard as was 2 stories up. Was very scary. Non of the staff checked on the quests and there was no health and safety for an emergency.

Unsatisfaction

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Upgrading rooms to be safe for clients and correspond to a 3 star hotel. Better breakfast.
Location: Good location for Ubud center, bud near to the loud way.
Our client was supposed to stay at this hotel 4 nights. After the first night due to very bad experience we had to move this family to another hotel. Client complained for the bad level of services for the 3 stars category hotel - poor breakfast, cables running from the wall (danger for injury), insect and small animals in the room due to big holes around the door, very loud room (they heard clients from next room and could not sleep). After this experience our travel agency won't offer this hotel at our portfolio.

Beautiful staff, cardboard walls

Pros: Staff
Cons: Sound insulation
Location: Good location, walking distance to town.
The staff were lovely, the gardens and rooms nice BUT the walls were so thin we were talking to our friends in the adjoining room through them. Between that, the barking dogs, motorbikes and loud music all night none of us had a minute's sleep.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
