Really friendly staff, love the pool in the open living area and the deep bath tub with views outside and the fish tank in the bedroom wall.. supermarket right across the street.

Beautiful villa you will not want to leave

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The villa was amazing. I highly recommended pande the driver he went above and beyond for us and he is a really nice guy. Overall it was an amazing stay in bali and i can't thank ck luxury villas enough

Nice pool, poor service

Very nice po and room but very disappointing service from front desk / driving staff. We were told our reservation didn't exist, that we could not benefit from the free shuttle as described, and we were forced into restaurants we hadn't chosen which were very expensive and seemed to be very well coordinated with the drivers. They were not attentive to our needs despite numerous discussions - it really took away from our experience. Overall it's worth going for the room, but definitely not 5-star service. We did not feel safe, but rather quite exposed. It was hard to trust that our comfort and satisfaction was a priority for them.
